Premium support is available 24/7.

Our Technical Support department takes care of: Conversion of Data, Customization of Software, Training, Consultation, as well as Network and other support as needed.

Like Microsoft, we do not require yearly support fees, but support plans are offered.

Membrosia includes our bug-free guarantee -- if a bug is found, we fix it for FREE. 

Standard technical support is billed out by the hour.  We also offer blocks of hours at a discount, along with yearly support plan options.


Technical Support Functions:

Conversion of DataTaking data from your current database format (Access, Excel, WordPerfect, ASCII, comma-delimited) and importing it into Membrosia.

Customization of Software: Modifying Membrosia to fit specific needs.  Adding fields or reports, adding new functions to forms, etc.

Training: We'll teach you to use Membrosia itself, or teach you some MS Access skills so you can make new reports or other design changes on your own.

Consultation: We help you make decisions on technology purchases, workflow concerns, utilization of technology, efficiency, backup procedures and disaster recovery plans.

Network/misc support: Installing networks, new PCs, developing external databases for needs outside of membership, and much more.
